A short stroll from Cullen's famous railway viaduct and the sweep of Cullen Bay, our club has been at the heart of village life for over 125 years. Some of us bowl to compete, some for the fresh sea air, and some mostly for the blether and a drink in the clubhouse afterwards - all three are equally good reasons.
You don't need your own bowls, you don't need whites, and you certainly don't need experience. A pair of flat-soled shoes and a willingness to give it a go will do fine - we'll happily lend you everything else.

Functions & celebrations
Birthdays, anniversaries, club nights, meetings and family gatherings - both of our halls can be hired with the licensed bar and kitchen alongside. The lounge's picture windows look straight down the green to the town beyond.
October - March
Most greens fall silent in September. Not ours. Four indoor carpets turn the hall into the winter home of bowling on this stretch of coast - fast, social, seriously good fun, and warm no matter what the Moray Firth throws at the windows.

When the outdoor season ends, the bowling doesn't stop. Our indoor winter league runs right through to March.

Cullen, Moray
Cullen is one of the north-east's best-loved seaside villages - home of Cullen Skink, the great Victorian railway viaduct, a sweeping sandy bay and, we'd argue, the friendliest bowling green in Banffshire. Visiting bowlers on holiday along the Moray coast are always welcome to roll up.
We're two minutes from Seafield Street at Reidhaven Place, with Buckie, Portknockie, Findochty and Portsoy all a short drive along the coast.
Your first visit is free - bowls provided, kettle on.
